Today we began a lab involving the concentration of vitamin c in various fruit juices. It was interesting seeing the color changes, as well as the vast difference between the amount of iodine needed to cause the change.

I like your pictures. I thought it was weird how we would add the iodine and it would simply revert back to its original color. I enjoyed the lab.
